Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would strongly recommend Right Units to anyone considering replacement windows and/or doors. From the initial enquiry through to installation they have been really professional throughout and extremely helpful in giving advice on what best suits the client without the hard-sell.

High praise for the installation team , Luke and Alan who worked on the hottest days of the year so far but still turned in a very high standard of work . Very pleased indeed with the end result which has given the house lots of “ kerb appeal”.

Right Units has exceeded expectations . Big thanks all round to Andy Wright and his team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am so pleased with service I have had today. I rang Jane in the office this am as I could not open my back door .Also I did not not have my contract no. But I did get the email address she needed, with that she managed to find my contract no. with an amount of searching.
The engineer, I can't remember his name was with me by 4.30 pm the same day and the door was fixed in 10 mins.
I call that excellent service and would recommend Right Units to anyone needing doors extra.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have just had a new sliding patio door fitted by Rights and the whole process was carried out with care and consideration. I was greeted at reception with friendliness and courtesy and shown my options. Andy took careful measurements on his site visit and made his recommendations. The fitters did a brilliant job, leaving the area clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Rights.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Delighted with my new door. I did much research and although the door I chose was more expensive than some of the competitors options, honesty it was the best decision. The door is extremely solid, blocks noise, looks super high end (which it is)and is well fitted. The colour is also gorgeous. Andy helped me choose the colour and I’m really really pleased. The front door is everything on a property and the service has been first class.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Would definitely recommend using Rights – all the staff are very friendly and professional. We had new fascias, soffits and guttering fitted and the service was amazing. Alex & Alan worked incredibly hard (in not brilliant weather) to do the job and the finish is brilliant.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had new windows and external doors fitted. The service we received from start to finish was exceptional. We liked being able to see things in the showroom and both Alex & Andy really listened to what we wanted and made suggestions (eg ways windows opened, locks for doors) during the survey that has made things a lot easier for us. The design for our windows was slightly bespoke, but this was no problem - windows are made on site, so our requirements could be accommodated. The fitting (done by Alex and Alan) was quick, tidy and done with minimal disruption to us – we work from home and we only had to relocate to another room for less than two hours. Any issues were dealt with extremely quickly and the after fitting service was as good as the initial fitting. You could tell that Alex and Alan really take pride in their work and want to provide you with a first-class service. Our new front and back (stable-style) doors both look fantastic and the difference it has made to the temperature inside the house is incredible. Would highly recommend using Rights.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great experience with Right Units Limited. I was reluctant to replace my original wooden windows but with advice from Rights decided to take the plunge. I am so pleased with the end result, Matt worked incredibly hard and kept me abreast of all procedures to ensure that I was happy. He took great pride in his work. I am very happy with the end result and would recommend using their services for any double glazing needs.
