fascias and soffits

Need to replace your fascias and soffits?

Whether you’re looking to change them because they’re rotten and weather-damaged or just because you’re looking for something that’s less maintenance and more cost-effective, we can help.

As you know, it’s important to maintain your property as this can reduce potential damage to your home. Leaking guttering may be the cause of a number of problems to the structure of your home; it can certainly do more damage than making your fascias and soffits damp and the paint look a little flaky!

You can purchase the fascias and soffits from us and install them yourself, or have us supply and fit them for you. Some companies will not remove the old fascias and soffits and simply attach the new ones straight onto the existing wood. We would never clad over existing soffits without first doing a full detailed survey, as this could trap moisture and cause serious rot in your roof if there is a problem with the existing timber, not the best way to maintain your property!  If they’re installed properly, your only maintenance work is to keep your gutters and down pipes clear which will avoid any blockages.

Choose from a range of highly durable and weatherproof products, such as UPVC and aluminium, and a range of colours, including a wood grain effect. Our UPVC products are not made from recycled products so your new fascias and soffits won’t discolour.

Just imagine… you’ll never have to worry about rotten fascia boards and soffits, or have to paint them ever again.
